Anxiety is normal, and actually has a pretty important job, but it becomes a problem when it is more hurtful than helpful. Together we can identify when it crosses that line and develop skills to help you feel empowered.

It might show up in obvious ways like excessive worry, or it can be a little sneaky and hide behind headaches, fatigue, stomachaches, and difficulty concentrating.
