Self-Esteem + Confidence

How we value and perceive ourselves has a major impact on how we feel, the decisions we make, and our ability to be assertive. Many people perpetuate distorted thinking patterns about their worth, abilities, and strengths.

Therapy provides a space to become curious about how we developed our sense of self. This may include challenging negative messages (both internal & external) and strengthening a more realistic perspective.
